As an RMT with over 20 years of experience in the Massage profession, Wendy-Jo provides a blended massage style that combines relaxation and therapeutic techniques. By assessing the soft tissue and joints of the client’s body, she creates a personalized treatment plan and goals in collaboration with them, ensuring that the approach is “designed for them!” Wendy-Jo’s focus is on preventing physical dysfunction, supporting injury healing, managing the nervous system, reducing pain, addressing disorders of the soft tissues and joints, and promoting homeostasis.
The modalities Wendy-Jo sources from and applies include, but are not limited to, Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, range of motion and stretching, trigger point release, hydrotherapy, and therapeutic exercises.
Wendy-Jo’s services range from “relaxation massage” for the nervous system to “therapeutic massage” for more specific outcomes. She skillfully blends these approaches to benefit the overall well-being and peace of mind of her clients. Wendy-Jo’s goal is to assist others in living their best lives, free from pain and stress.
