Brodie Jackson

Brodie graduated from Douglas College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching and Kinesiology, with an extended minor in Business Management. Brodie’s speciality lies within exercise science, performance and physiology, but also on an interpersonal level. He is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.

With experience and guidance under Peter Twist, Brodie is a strong believer in functional strength, mechanics and process, and brings a blend of science and performance to every single one of his clients on a rehabilitation or pre-habilitation level. He brings a deep athletic background in hockey, soccer and strength training as well as experience with cliental from all walks of life including children, adults, seniors and NHL’ers.

Brodie’s goal with every client is to restore optimal movement patterns, increase functionality, and improve quality of life. He brings a positive mindset and creates a comfortable yet professional environment. Brodie Keeps active through strength training, ice hockey, ball hockey, where he has competed all over the world and Canada, especially at the ball hockey level. He also keeps active along the Golden Ears Mountains in Maple Ridge, where he currently resides
