Information you choose to send

The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, and a general message. It is intended for general enquiries. Do not include medical records or detailed personal health information. Contact your clinic directly for appointment changes and care questions.

Form submissions are delivered by MailerSend from the Small World Marketing sending domain. The message is routed to an approved Easy Allied Health inbox, and your email address is used as the reply address.

Website and security information

The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, approximate location, request time, and security signals to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

When you use the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether the submission appears to come from a person. The lead notification also includes basic device and session context, including screen size, browser language, time zone, pages viewed, and time on site. This helps the team understand the enquiry and identify spam.

Attribution, analytics, and advertising

The site uses first-party local and session storage to remember how a visitor first arrived, such as a campaign tag, search engine, referring website, or advertising click identifier. This information does not include your name, email address, or phone number. It is attached to a form submission so the clinic can understand which outreach led to the enquiry.

On the production website, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta tools that help us understand website use and measure appointment, phone, or email actions. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies and receive technical information about your device, browser, and interactions with the website. Browser settings and provider controls can be used to limit these technologies.

Appointments and third-party services

Online booking links open Jane, Easy Allied Health’s booking platform. Information you submit there is handled by Jane and Easy Allied Health under their applicable privacy practices.

Our media room loads content from Signal Genesys through embedassets.app. When you open that page, the provider may receive technical information needed to deliver the embedded content.

How information is used

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange services, operate and secure the website, understand website use, measure marketing activity, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. We limit access to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes and retain it only as long as reasonably required.
