About Darby Kwan

Darby graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. He has worked with athletes, seniors, adults, youth, and people with specific health conditions.

Darby integrates current research into tailored exercise programs and has a particular interest in rehabilitation, functional fitness, weight loss, strength development, and muscle growth. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, golf, cooking, and time with friends and family.
