Vick Jassal - Physiotherapist

Vick Obtained his Masters in Physical Therapy at UBC in 2015 and his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2013. Vick has always led an active lifestyle, he participated in several sports throughout his life. Growing up Vick played soccer, basketball, volleyball and football, however, basketball has always been Vick’s passion. Prior to attending UBC, he played collegiate basketball at Capilano University. Vick was also a stand out high school basketball player in Surrey, participating on numerous traveling teams and provincial development teams.

Vick’s interest in Physiotherapy stemmed from his own experience of injury and rehab. He has learned from his own experiences dealing with sport related injuries to provide the best possible care. Vick has always been interested in muscle imbalances and dysfunction and using different methods to help address these issues.

He is a strong believer of using manual therapy and exercises to help patients return to their pre-injury state and reach their full potential.

Vick is currently working towards completing his Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy , Certification in acupuncture through CAFCI and Sport Physiotherapy Canada Diploma. Vick’s clinical experience has provided him with various treatment techniques and clinical skills to address different dysfunctions.

He enjoys working with the general public, athletes of all ages and skills, pre/post-surgery and MVA patients.
