Kelly Sutton

Kelly completed her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biology and Psychology at the University of Victoria and Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia.

She is passionate about supporting clients to recover through engagement in meaningful activity and connection with others, whether clients face physical, cognitive or emotional barriers to everyday living. She works collaboratively with clients to move towards goals that promote better health outcomes, including stress reduction, increased movement, improved sleep and self care and re-entry into the workforce.

Kelly has completed continuing education in cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness, as well as wheelchair prescription and wound management.
