Diana Allaire, Kinesiologist

Diana is a practicing kinesiologist and registered with the British Colombia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Kinesiology. Growing up Diana played tennis from a young age and competed in tournaments internationally. Her passion for tennis has inspired her to train and work with athletes in the past.

She has over 3 years experience working with MVA injuries, athletes, and the senior population. Diana works on helping people return to work/activities of daily living post injuries through active rehab. She also likes to focus on disease prevention and improving quality of life through exercise prescription.
